Toyota Technical Center – Ann Arbor

Part of a large rural campus located in Ann Arbor, Michigan, our work included the first phase facility as well as master planning of the 83-acre site with 2 future evaluation buildings. Included in the Technical Center’s first phase was a 60,000 SF office building and a 140,000 SF technical evaluation laboratory which test and analyzes automobile components.
