Designed as a sculptural object in a sea of landscaping, the 2-story L.A. Regional Facilities exceeded the client’s vision for prestigious architecture in an affordable “no nonsense” building. The 6.8 acre site maintains a feeling of openness with its centrally located building, emphasizing Toyota’s pride of place and distinguishing it from its neighbors’ maximized sites. At Toyota’s request we prepared a Site Master Plan which includes two buildings.
