PATH Osage Housing

PATH Villas Osage Apartments is a 20-unit affordable housing development that consists of eight one-bedroom, six two-bedroom, and six three-bedroom units. The three story over one level of subterranean parking development was made possible though financing assistance from the City of Inglewood HOME/CDBG division, City of Inglewood Redevelopment Agency, and an allocation of 9% low-income housing tax credits through the California Tax Credit Allocation Committee. The development contains a community room, and each unit will have access to free Internet.
