Historically the site of the Pan Pacific Auditorium and designed in its spirit, the 9-acre undeveloped north half of Pan Pacific Park was both master planned and programmatically developed. The final project, a result of 2+ years of local, city and county meetings, consists of a 24,000 SF recreation center (with 2 gymnasiums, a performance stage and 3 classrooms), a multi-purpose playing field with softball diamond, basketball courts, a tot lot, parking and landscaped areas with walking paths.
